Documents of public consultations comprise of:

• Preface contains essential information.
• Page of contents.
• Synopsis. (Not more than two pages).
• Details of contact (name, e-mail, date of response).
• Response form.
• Any necessary addenda.

NTC shall explain any intricacy of technical details may be contained in Consultancy Invitation letter. Moreover, NTC shall be cautious to hold formal discussions and to make all documents as simple as possible for the benefit of all.

NTC shall determine the time frame of each consultation, where to responding stakeholders shall be committed.
