The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) review the laws that govern and regulate the field of communication and cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, and that to enact legislation and cooperation with the ministry of Justice, and that to enact legislation and amendments to keep pace with technological development in the telecommunications industry. It also provides oversight and guidance regarding the interconnection agreements between operators and the licensing and monitoring of implementation of strategic plans to the state public and private sector communications and information technology.
